Australian chefs Jeremy Steele and Chad Arthur feature at two prominent resorts in the Mamanuca Islands of Fiji.

Chad Archer has been appointed as Head Chef of the new Tadrai Resort on Mana Island in the Mamanucas; his past work experience has included resorts and restaurants in Sydney and Queensland.

Meanwhile, Chef Steele has been part of the Tokoriki Resort's International Guest Chef program. He has worked in some of the finest hotel kitchens and restaurants around the globe and recently worked closely with Tokoriki’s Chefs and Restaurant team to demonstrate how local and imported food can be fused to produce exceptional culinary delights.

Following several years working at exclusive resorts in the South Pacific, Chef Steele is currently based on the east coast of Australia. He has worked and travelled extensively in Europe, Southeast Asia and the Pacific.

Chef Steele’s next mission is to Doha, Qatar at the exclusive Ritz Carlton Hotel to represent Australia in the ‘Festival of Senses’ showcasing modern Australian cuisine.
