This is in response to research that indicated 95% of Westin’s guests in Australia and Fiji request non smoking rooms when traveling. To accommodate all of their guest needs, they have identified the specified open areas within the resort that can be smoking areas. Whilst guest rooms, main pool area, lobby, Heavenly Spa, meeting rooms, lounges and restaurants are designated non-smoking areas, the smoking zones at the resort include each patio and balcony outside guest rooms, the Garden View patio near the Steakhouse Restaurant and the pre-function paved area off Westin Ballroom.
