Daku Resort offers versatile Fiji Holiday options
In Fiji, Daku Resort in Savusavu is a one of a kind 'upscale budget' resort – where you'll have an ocean view from your own traditional style bure. Breakfast is served in a large open-style bure beside the swimming pool. The sea is over the road at the end of the drive, and behind the resort a track takes you across a small freshwater creek and up through the lush tropical forest to a magnificent mountain top view of the bay.
They have snorkelling equipment, kayaks and a boat to hire, and they can organise diving, fishing, bike rides and hiking in the bush. Alternatively you can just take it easy in the pool, or sit on your deck and enjoy the view of the gardens and the bay. Savusavu is a popular destination in Fiji.
Daku Resort also runs holiday study courses in a range of areas: writing, painting, singing, stitching, birding. Each one is taught by an experienced teacher, usually from Australia, and runs for 5 – 6 days.
